Puget Sound Commercial Laundry and Linen Services, a division of Northwest Center, was founded in 1994. We have grown from a modest beginning of 350,000 lbs. to over 4,000,000 lbs. in the past 12 years.
Now located in Kent, WA, we have installed new state of the art equipment and energy efficient water, heat and steam reclaim systems. This allows us to be a more environmentally friendly business and a good steward of our precious resources. Additionally, we have added two state of the art C02 dry cleaning systems to our list of services. This totally "Green" method of dry cleaning is non-toxic, prolongs the life of your garments and leaves them with a clean, fresh smell.
We are known for our painstaking attention to detail - - we take the worry out and put the quality in. You'll get the same high quality service we've given to our local military bases, hospitals and rehabilitation centers. Our state of the art facility includes a positive and negative air flow system, computerized chemical induction systems and current infectious disease control procedures.
There is much more to doing laundry than just washing and drying. Our employees are trained to follow proper safety procedures which include a "SHARPS" Program and comprehensive training on Blood-borne pathogens (updated every 6 months) as well as practices defined by NAILM, IFI and OSHA.
