Richard J. Gallagher, Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Gallagher, an entrepreneur, executive manager and owner of several successful businesses during his career with a proven, innate and intuitive ability to recognize professional talent as he built management teams, operations teams, technical teams, technical sales teams and marketing teams. His abilities have proven invaluable over the years while overseeing his corporate organizations, developing strategic business plans, sales and marketing plans and ownership succession plans. Mr. Gallagher has spent the last 11 years as Founder - President and CEO of Synovia, Inc., and in this capacity, guided the growth of a company he started in 2001 as a GPS/AVL technology company. His vision and drive brought about breakthrough technologies, innovated software solutions and very respectable revenue growth as an industry brand leader. Among other attributes, Mr. Gallagher has gained the trust and respect with many executive-level colleagues throughout the school bus transportation industry and is called upon for advice and technological vision.

Nick Grandy, Executive Vice President

Before joining Quantum XXI, Nick was a high ranking officer in the Marion County Sheriff's Office, where he was in charge of the IT and Telecommunication Department. He also gained vast experience in school transportation by being an Account and Support Manager for Synovia GPS. Nick was heavily involved in the dealing with outside contractors as well as all facets of government proceedings. While dealing with the day- to-day functions of running a section he also was the sole contact for cellular and GPS forensics within Marion County. Nick had several large implementations of IT projects that he worked on from beginning to finish, including an inmate tracking system for jails. While at the Sheriff's Office, Nick managed to invest some of his time in becoming more knowledgeable in the technology field. He did this by earning numerous certifications in Telecom and IT management, Telecom forensics, GPS Forensics, and many others. Nick has set on many Technology Boards and RFP committees, at the request of the Sheriff's Office Nick has stayed on as a consultant for Technology. He is also a member of the NSA. Nick serves Quantum XXI as the Executive Vice President. This involves a number of key roles that have helped set and maintain Quantum XXI on a course of tremendous annual growth.
