We are a walk-in acute care clinic that also provides labs, x-rays, bone density scans and ABI testing.
As of May 10, 2020, we are now a COVID19 testing site. Text to schedule a covid-19 screening and get tested from your vehicle.

Clinic Protocol: When patients arrive, please text us at 606-425-4895 and wait in your vehicle. When a room is available, we will text back to notify you to come inside.
Clinic hours: Monday-Friday 9 am-7 pm for provider visits. Open Saturdays 10 am-3 pm for provider visits.

X-Ray hours: Monday-Friday 8:30 am-4:30 pm

Our Lab is currently closed. Please visit Labcorp at 30 Medpark Drive.
