The R. J. Carroll Company (RJCC) philosophy is to create winning situations for our clients and employees through an emphasis on training and customer service. Founded by Sandra K. and Ronald J. Carroll, RJCC was incorporated in the State of Texas November 1, 1990. Together Mr. and Mrs. Carroll bring more than 50 years of experience in the Telecommunications industry.

RJCC was established as a Master Contractor for a major telecommunications provider in September of 1992 with an initial agreement of one year. Due to the success of RJCC's customer focus, the Master Contract was extended five years in 1993 to 1998. Subsequently RJCC has been awarded extensions to 2001 and an additional extension to August 2003.

RJCC continues to grow throughout the years. In early 1999, the corporate office was moved to Mansfield and is the first business to locate in a newly zoned 2,600-acre commercial and industrial area called the Golden Triangle. In less than two years, RJCC was named the business of the year by the Mansfield Chamber of Commerce.

In December 2001, RJCC was certified by the North Central Texas Regional Certification Agency as a Woman-Owned Business and then in July 2002, RJCC was certified by The Texas Building and Procurement Commission as the State of Texas' Historically Underutilized Business (HUB).

Currently, RJCC employs nearly 150 associates with various communications and business backgrounds. These employees possess the necessary skills and technical knowledge to provide our clients with the quality of service to remain competitive in the fast paced telecommunications industry. By maintaining high standards for our quality of service, RJCC is poised to become your single source of telecommunications needs . . . Around the Globe.
