RDL Construction Inc. is a mid size General Contractor and Construction Management Firm, specializing in negotiated and select list bid projects. Our emphasis is on providing a collaborative pre-construction approach to completing very challenging projects, throughout the south bay area.

The firm was founded by Rick Leisinger, President and CEO, back in the late 1980's as the need to develop more adaptive solutions for owners and facilities managers was evident; and project demands for special space was more prevalent than ever. The projects varied and ranged from data centers, clean room environments, to wet / dry engineering labs, as well as class A & B office space. The requirements for this type of office space became even more prevalent during the early 2000's with the advent of the internet.

Throughout the history of RDL Construction Inc., most projects ranged in size from $50,000.00 small tenant improvements, to large build outs of manufacturing space.
One of the company's highest priorities that was never ignored, was that of completing these projects on time within budget, to the highest standard of quality.
This is accomplished by having principal involvement on each and every project.

Rick Leisinger is still sole owner of the company with experience in the construction industry dating back to the late 1970's. Typically our projects are delivered in one or more of the methods below; however, it has been our practice to be as adaptive as possible, and to exceed our customers' expectations on every level.
