Rock Biter Crushing was formed in early 2005 by Joe and Tyson Rackley. RBC began as a father/son partnership doing small commercial projects for a local developer and quickly turned into a major competitor in the custom crushing market throughout greater Phoenix.



Joe has worked in the sand and gravel business since 1971. He has specialized in crushing/screening plants, redi-mix concrete plants, and asphalt plants. Joe has held management positions with Union Rock and Materials, Guzman Construction, Fann Contracting, Pinal Materials, and Peter Kiewit Sons', Inc in Arizona and Nevada.



For 35 years Joe has managed people and machinery safely and efficiently without a lost time accident and carries that tradition on with Rock Biter Crushing, LLC.



Tyson started at an early age operating loaders, wash plants and crushers. He eventually moved into estimating and project management for grading, paving and custom crushing on commercial and residential projects. He is now the estimator and managing partner for Rock Biter Crushing, LLC.
