Scapes General Contracting was started in 2003 in Northern Carroll County Maryland in the small town of Lineboro. Since our start in 2003 the business has completed over eight million dollars worth of Residential, Commercial and Institutaional Projects. Scapes GC recently moved in 2008 to Catonsville, Maryland where we currently enjoy a fully equiped custom carpentry shop and office space. The move made us more centrally located to our clients and architechts in the Baltimore -Washington, DC area.



Scapes GC was created with the understanding that many contractors know how to do what we do. We understand that some contractors can even build at the quality we do, but few understand how the relationship between Homeowner/ Architect/ and your Contractor determines the overall experience of your project. Start to finish our approach is exact. Communication between all parties is the most important piece to managing and meeting everyone's expections. This is our approach and our promise.
