I am happy to announce that Sproutlings appreciates eco-friendly items. I will make the best effort to choose items that are made using low impact fabrics, such as bamboo or organic cotton, natural dyes, BPA or lead free, fair trade, or produced by women owned companies. I strive to provide durable, quality items that express individuality and comfort. My goal is to provide an excellent resource for the families of our region.

Sproutlings was created in 2009 by Melissa Natale. Her background is in art history, business, and retail management.

Inspiration behind Sproutlings?

Sproutlings is inspired by an endless search for unique items. It may be a color, texture, item usefulness or simply the ability to make us smirk that drives our product purchases. A constant search of products for Melissa?s own children stirred her to pursue the dream of opening her own local children?s boutique. Sproutlings was named by Melissa?s oldest daughter after months of discussions. She said it encompassed nature, growing children, change and love.
