We entered the building controls market more than 25 years ago as a Honeywell OEM retailer in California. In the mid 1980’s, when Direct Digital Control (DDC) systems began to hit the market, we were among the first independent contractors to self perform full “turn-key” installations of these new systems. In the mid 1990’s, Automated Logic Corporation (ALC) was chosen to be the product we would use as a platform to grow the business due to ALC’s proven commitment to innovation, quality and customer satisfaction.

Since the establishment of the Sunbelt Controls brand in 2007, we are now a stand-alone, independent, self supporting controls contracting enterprise. Our operations include offices in Azusa, Costa Mesa, Las Vegas, Pleasanton, Sacramento, San Bernardino, San Diego, San Francisco, and Seattle.
