Our approach is to heal the injury from different physiological aspects. We use massage and chiropractic for the soft tissue and muscles, diet to make sure your body has the nutrition to heal quickly and properly, and physical therapy to correct any muscle imbalances that could be leading to chronic issues or injuries. For tough cases or issues beyond conservative treatment, we take a medical approach.

The Athlete Stop's physical therapists can assist you in rehabilitation from a sport or exercise injury which may include functional exercises, manual therapy, and/or therapeutic modalities. Additionally, general acute and chronic orthopedic conditions for patients of all ages are also treated.
