Since 2007, Traditions Spirits, Inc. has been the exclusive hospitality management company for several Indian gaming facilities throughout Oklahoma. Our services, ranging from alcoholic beverage service to restaurant and hotel management, have been implemented in Riverwind Casino, Newcastle Gaming Center, WinStar World Casino, Texoma Gaming Center, and Ada Gaming Center. Quality is our standard in the people we hire, the products we purchase and the services we provide. From bartenders, beverage servers and line cooks, to managers, supervisors and housekeepers, we?ve selected our staff of over 400 carefully, providing thorough training and supervision. We attain consistency by placing the proper procedures and systems into each outlet and by recruiting and training people who are proficient and caring. We have over 20 operational bars, ranging from service bars to swanky lounges, each unique to its facility and complimentary to its surroundings.Offering beverage services from 10am until 2am, seven days a week, 365 days a year, you can always count on having your favorite beverage close at hand, whether you are enjoying the variety of games or one of the many concerts held throughout the year. We have many experienced servers to deliver your refreshments to you, or you may sit at one of our many comfortable bars, located throughout the casinos, while you watch TV or chat with friends.
