Initially established to provide the new owners of the KMC Telecom networks with seamless and superior service, Gene Holcomb founded Turnkey Project Management in June of 2005 at the behest of, and immediately upon the acquisition of the KMC Telecom networks by, Level 3 Communications and CenturyTel.

With more than 100 years of combined experience in the communications industry Turnkey Project Management provides a full range of services including design, permitting, construction, inspection, splicing, and project management. Turnkey has active service agreements in place with major telecommunications service providers such as CenturyTel, Level 3 Communications, USCarrier Telecom, AGL Networks, and Kentucky Data Link.
