Our company history

Ultra Payroll Services was founded in 1980 to provide payroll processing exclusively for Baughman & Associates and Belmont Business Consultants, local bookkeeping firms. In 1994, Ultra Payroll Services expanded operations to provide other Miami Valley businesses an alternative to larger, less customer oriented payroll service bureaus.

Beginning April 2005, Ultra Payroll Services made an investment into software and hardware to provide a much stronger and more competively effective system. With continued updating and customization, Ultra Payroll Services can provide the service the business community wants and requires

Currently Ultra Payroll Services has three employees to coordinate the payroll processing and employer consulting.

All employees have had exensive training in payroll processing and continue to attend seminars to ensure they are kept abreast of the latest tax and payroll technology and knowledge. These employees have been with the company since 2002.
