Through UNICOMER, Central Americans have access to a simple commercial mechanism. Unicomer USA has expanded to add a second chain, COURTS to reach to the Caribbean community living in the US. In 2008, Unicomer opened Courts Caribbean in Brooklyn, NY in the heart of the English speaking Caribbean community. All these trade strategies allowed UNICOMER to gain the position as an ethnic and nostalgic brand in the US market, therefore, allowing Central Americans to feel closer to home and their families.
