US2 offers excellence in retrofit energy construction management - from initial energy audit to installation of necessary monitoring and metering equipment - and can ensure the ongoing measurement of your energy utilization.

US2 works primarily with Federal agencies such as VA Hospitals and military bases to ensure sustainable energy savings, and with facility owners faced with aging/outdated physical plants who are under pressure from Federal mandates to improve outmoded systems and demonstrate better energy efficiency.

We hold several Federal certifications. Specifically, SBA certified 8(a) and SDB Small Disadvantaged Business, and VA verified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB). So there are a number of contracting routes available to access our services.

In addition, we are on GSA Schedule 56 with SIN 563 027 for construction materials, SIN 563 098 for ancillary installation services, on Schedule 81 under Group 03FAC with SIN 811 005 Refrigeration, Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioner, Boiler and Chiller HVAC Maintenance, and SIN 871 207 Energy Audit Services, and on Schedule 51V Hardware Superstore with green construction materials. Through our recently awarded GSA Schedule 84 contract with SIN 246 53, we can offer end-to-end service, from energy audits to turnkey retrofit construction of energy conservation measures (ECMs) and provide project financing through Energy Savings Performance Contracting (ESPC).
