We are very selective in the caliber of caregivers we refer. Upon registration, to ensure that the caregivers have no disqualifying past criminal records or have not been charged with abuse, they are screened through the Florida Department of Law Enforcement. All caregivers must submit to an FBI Level 2 background screening and receive a Level 2 background "Eligible" result. All are qualified, licensed, insured and bonded. We strive to refer the most attentive, caring and professional caregivers in the business.

Whitsyms is able to refer caregivers for a wide range of services including nursing services, personal care services, transport services, companion services and light housekeeping services. Our referred caregivers provide Long-term Care, Workers' Compensation and Short Term services. Senior care is often provided at home, however, we provide care to people of all ages whether they're in the hospital, assisted living facilities, nursing homes or home health agencies.

3. Initial Patient Evaluation Visit (Upon Request)

Licensed Nurses provide an initial evaluation at the start of service to ensure quality of care. The nurse will then provide instruction to the family/patient and caregiver(s) regarding the patient's situation and what services to perform. Home care nurses are committed to helping patients make good decisions about their care by providing them with reliable information about their conditions and adhering to their Physician's medical plan of treatment.

Our Customer Service Representatives are always available, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including holidays.

The Caregivers' rates are reasonable and competitive. We accept most Long-Term care insurances and all major credit cards. We cannot accept Medicare.
